Cut the crap!
You know what isn’t good for you to eat or drink. So, CUT THE CRAP!
#2: Simple Carbohydrates: Bread, Pasta, Rice. UNless you are going to spend this energy via out of breath activity soon after consuming it you will end up storing it as fat and feeling hungry short after.
#3: Juices: Fruit is great in moderation due to many micro nutrients but if you only consume the juice you are missing out on important fiber and the sugar is hitting your blood stream hard and fast.
